Youth Academy
Most schools teach children what to think. Hardly any teach them how to express it.
Communication - how to speak with clarity, listen actively, and hold a room - is one of the most valuable skills a young person can develop. Yet it's almost never on the curriculum.
That's the gap our Youth Academy fills. Working with school-age children, university students, and young professionals, we build the communication skills that open doors: in the classroom, in interviews, and throughout their careers.
The earlier these habits form, the more natural they become. We give young people the tools, the confidence, and the practice to use them.
Lakshmi Gulab will be building and developing our Youth Academy.
She brings a unique blend of international business experience, entrepreneurial success, and educational leadership. With a career spanning private equity, luxury brand development, and sales management, she is passionate about helping the young to unlock their potential and communicate with confidence and authenticity.
Drawing on over 29 years of teaching value-based education and personal development, Lakshmi works with children and young adults to develop self-awareness, resilience, leadership presence, and the interpersonal skills needed to thrive in today’s world.
