What to expect

So, what actually happens?​​

 

 

 

Our training sessions usually happen in groups, in a safe, confidential environment. We ask that participants are at approximately the same level in the company, so no-one's having to present in front of their manager.

 

We'll start by taking video recording of you giving a short pre-prepared speech. You'll then receive direct and detailed feedback from both instructors and peers, meaning you'll have a personalised development program.

This is where the work begins. We'll guide you through a series of interactive lessons, exercises, workshops, and personal coaching. You'll learn how your voice and body communicates to your listeners, how to be more authentic, the difference between speaking to, and really seeing your listeners, and the importance of really connecting to others in communication.

 

You'll then be video recorded again. You'll see the changes and improvements you've made.
