Sabeena Uttam, Founder
With experience living in thirteen countries across four continents and relocating for business ten times, Sabeena has developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in leading and communicating within multinational environments.
Born and educated in London, she began her career at the BBC, followed by roles at Institutional Investor, Impact Media, Speakeasy LLC, and most recently, SLB (Schlumberger). At SLB, she served as Global Business Development Manager for SLB Digital before transitioning to the newly founded New Energy Division, where she managed Partnerships & Marketing across MENA & APAC.

A visionary executive leader with over 20 years of experience in driving innovation and scaling businesses across global industries—including digital transformation, energy, consulting, and sustainability—Sabeena excels at leading complex organizational transformations, empowering high-performing cross-functional teams, and forging strategic partnerships with C-suite executives, government leaders, and key industry stakeholders.

Throughout her career, Sabeena has worked with hundreds of multinational companies, including Chevron, Shell, Gulf Oil, KazTransgaz, Eurasia Insurance, Ministries of Energy (India, Kazakhstan), Bharat Petroleum, Thermphos International, EY, Visa, SAP, Juniper Networks, Infor, SITA, Cisco, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Nokia, Henkel, Merck, Biogen, Philips, Diageo, Frontier Mining, the Government of the Netherlands, Etihad Rail, Larsen & Toubro, PDO, Mubadala, and Samruk Kazyna.
Sabeena holds a BSc in Russian, Economics & Politics, and a Master’s in Russian and Post-Soviet Studies from The London School of Economics.

Sabeena is fluent in Russian and German, with a working knowledge of French.
